Camava (cah-mah-vah) is an enterprise-wide reservation and POS system with real-time integration of Call Center, Online (Public Reservation System), and Point of Entry (gatehouse) modules. County, City and Private campgrounds across the US now enjoy the benefits of increased bookings without overburdening Call Center staff.

Most organizations see a 50/50 reservation split between their call center and online reservations shortly after deploying Camava.

Camava is 100% web-based, so there's no software to install on your local computers (except some cash drawers or printers which may require software installation), and you can run it from your own servers or (like most) we'll host the whole application at our data center.

Purchasing and Maintenance

You purchase your Camava system for one price which is broken into three milestone payments paid during initialization and customization.

There are no per/reservation fees.

During the year we make FREE upgrades* and improvements to the system - usually designed to speed up or add flexibility in processes. We install them for you.
The upgrades are usually based on user's requests and comments that we hear during the month. We actively encourage our clients to let us know what they would like to see in the product.

Several times a year we also make new  "Modules" available for purchase. Modules can include new map functionality, new reports, more detailed information collection options, new ways to conduct POS sales, etc.
When you see one that makes sense for your organization it can be purchased.

We think this is a superior way to release upgrades rather than releasing a whole onslaught of changes that your staff must adapt to. It also has the effect of keeping reservation staff happy and interested in their daily jobs as they see new features that make their job easier... and see concrete results from their suggestions. Your requests are completed and ready to use in just a couple days, sometimes hours!

When you come up with a new feature that is not currently offered, and it is something other Camava users might be interested in, we quote a greatly reduced price to you and add it to the Modules available to other Camava clients.
